GP Earnings

NHS England mandates that all GP practices publish the average earnings of their doctors. While we have provided this data below for the 2023/24 financial year, please be aware that the standard calculation method can be misleading.

The figures do not account for the specific number of hours worked by each doctor. Therefore, these numbers should not be used to judge individual GP pay or to compare our practice with others.
