Hartlepool & Stockton Health are offering 7 day access to GP’s, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, physiotherapists, Psychologists and Pharmacists at the following locations;
- Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Hartlepool
- Tennant Street Medical Centre, Stockton
- Woodbridge Practice, Ingleby Barwick
Appointments are available from;
- 6.30pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
- 10.00am to 5.00pm Saturdays
- 11.00am to 4.00pm Sundays
